    21 & 22 Mar
    8.30am – 9.30am

It is easy to get caught up in the busyness of life and forget to take care of ourselves. Slowing down and dedicating time for self-care teaches us the art of living gently.

Sound bathing is an ancient, alternative healing practice where waves of sound are produced by crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and more. Allow the sounds of the instruments and water to calm your nervous system and balance the subtle body.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to these practices, join Director of Wellness, Karu, for this special sound meditation session at the Oculus in ArtScience Museum.
