Aamir Khan in Marina Bay Sands to promote Secret Superstar

The most loved and popular superstar of Bollywood, Aamir Khan will be at Marina Bay Sands to promote his highly anticipated new movie, Secret Superstar, produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Zee Studios.

Khan will be at The Mastercard Theatres for a public fan engagement at 8:00pm on Monday, 2 October. He is coming to Singapore to promote the movie, making the Republic the first press stop outside of India for the film.

In Conversation With Aamir Khan, Live In Singapore will provide a unique opportunity for fans to interact directly with the star. Passes to the exclusive fan event are free and available on a first-come-first-serve basis from Thursday, 28 September at The Mastercard Theatres Box Office during operational hours.

Secret Superstar is the latest film from Aamir Khan Productions, following the immense success of its previous film Dangal which has become the highest-grossing Indian film worldwide. Khan plays a special role in the film which also stars Dangal actress Zaira Wasim.

Set for release globally on October 19, Secret Superstar is a musical drama about a fourteen-year-old girl who aspires to be a world renowned singer, and how she changes the life of everyone around her while pursuing this dream.

For collection of your passes, please come down personally to the Box Office during operational hours. (Monday-Friday 1pm-10pm; Saturday-Sunday 10am-10pm)

4.       Are you limiting the number of passes for each person?

Yes, each person is entitled to a maximum of one pair (i.e. 2 passes) of passes to the event.

5.       What if I want more than a pair of passes?

As passes are limited to a pair per person, you will have to re-queue and register again should you want more. Please note that these passes are subject to availability.

6.       Do I have to pay for a pass?

No, the event is free for the public.

7.       There are no more passes available – is there any other way I can attend the event?

There will be no additional passes being released for the event. However, the public is still encouraged to come down to catch the stars as they will be walking the red carpet heading towards the theatres.

Children aged 6 years old and above will require a pass and are permitted entry into the fan event at the theatres. Those below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian. Children under the age of 6 years old will not be allowed entry to the event.

No, there are no assigned seats for this event. It is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

10.   What will happen during the fan event?

The event is going to be an hour-long dialogue session with Aamir Khan, where fans will be able to ask questions.

11.   Is photography and filming allowed in the theatres during the event?

Flash photography and filming are not permitted within the theatre.  Bag checks will be conducted prior to entering the venue.
