2-WAY SMS: How to Reserve and Cancel

How do I reserve my tickets or gifts using the 2-way SMS service?
  1. You can choose the preferred session that you would like to attend from the SMS you’ve received.

    Example of an SMS you may have received:
    John Smith (membership ID), you have 2 tickets to our upcoming concert. Reply with the keyword to reserve your preferred session.

    MBS3: 3 Jan, 12pm
    MBS4: 3 Jan, 4pm
    MBS5: 5 Jan, 12pm

  2. Reply to the SMS you’ve received with the keyword of your preferred session.

    Example: MBS3

  3. Wait for your confirmation SMS
  1. Reply with: CANCEL<space><Confirmation Number> to +65 9024 7050

    Example: CANCEL XXXX55

  2. You will receive a confirmation message once the cancellation is successful.

2-WAY SMS: Frequently Asked Questions

I received SMS indicating that "The keyword in your SMS is incorrect". What should I do?

Please refer to the SMS you have received previously with the session keywords and try again. 

The session you have selected has been fully reserved. You may consider making reservations for alternative session(s), if any.

Some of the possible reasons are:

  1. You may be sharing a contact number with other account(s).
    ✖ Please ensure that you are not sharing the same contact number with another membership account. 

  2. You are not responding with your registered phone number.
    ✖ Please be informed that only the intended recipient can make a reservation. All offers and promotions are non-transferable.

You will receive an SMS containing details about your ticket collection closer to the date of the event.

Please be reminded that tickets and gifts are not confirmed until you have successfully reserved them. To avoid any disappointment, please ensure that you have received the confirmation SMS upon reservation.

Do note that all tickets and gifts must be collected personally during the redemption period. Please bring along your membership card for verification purposes on the collection date. All complimentary tickets and redemptions are non-transferable and not for sale.

If you are not the intended recipient, please reply: NOTME<space><membership ID> to the SMS you have received.

If you receive a suspicious message asking for your membership details or to click on external links that do not belong to Marina Bay Sands, you may wish to do the following:

  1. Call our Call Centre at +65 6688 8868 to verify the authenticity of the message.
  2. Report the scam messages to the Police so that the authorities can investigate those telephone numbers. Marina Bay Sands will cooperate with the authorities to facilitate them with their investigations.
  3. Subscribe to ScamShield so that scam messages and calls from numbers used in illegal activities can be automatically blocked or sent to your phone’s junk folder. The ScamShield app is developed by the National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC), in collaboration with Open Government Products (OGP), a division of the Government Technology Agency and the Singapore Police Force.
